I had a wonderful stay at Honey Bear Lodge. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to all the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave for added convenience. I especially appreciated the hot shower after a long day of hiking. I highly recommend this place for its affordability, convenience, and friendly atmosphere.

Secluded but yet two blocks to activities.

The rooms are quite old but they are clean and romantic (we stayed in the two storry room).

The location of the lodge is fantastic, only a short walk to the Village and a quick drive to the ski slopes. It's also conveniently located near Big Bear Blvd for easy access. The lodge offers a playground for kids with swings and a slide, as well as a fire pit and picnic tables for family time. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information about things to do in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like a TV, fridge, and microwave.

Although the rooms are cozy and clean, the walls are a bit thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard at times.

the owners of the property were extremely friendly and excited about the upgrades they are doing on the property.

Cozy stay with kitchen

Unable to change settings of thermostat and got too hot and slightly cramped one bedroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it is very conveniently located. The rooms are cozy and well equipped.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable (no complaints about the queen and twin beds though).

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, always there for our needs. The location was perfect as it was centrally located and within walking distance of the village area with lots of shops and restaurants. They provided a good-sized fridge, microwave, and stovetop, allowing us to cook our own meals. The living room space with a table was also a nice touch. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
